Faith Community Nurse:

 

Dr. Lorie was trained as a Faith Community Nurse, also known as Parish Nurse, at the University of Indianapolis in 2006. She completed the Westberg Institute Foundations for Faith Community Nursing Curriculum. She has served several communities of faith through health promotion and disease prevention programs. She has been a member of Faith Community Nurses International, is an educator for the Westberg Institute, and is the current board president for the Indiana Center for Parish Nursing
