Terms and Conditions for Custom Artwork Sales

Thanks so much for visiting! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase of custom artwork through our website. Once your project has been accepted and you confirm your order, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Custom Orders

All artwork is custom-made based on the client's specifications. Orders cannot be altered once production has begun. We reserve the right to decline a project if it conflicts with our artistic values or production capabilities.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before production begins. Full payment is due prior to delivery or shipping.

3. Revisions

Each custom order includes a limited number of minor† revisions based on the selected project and its medium.

• Basic Package: 2 revisions*

• Standard Package: 4 revisions*

• Premium Package: Unlimited minor revisions*

 

†A minor revision is similar to adjusting a single tile in a mural without disrupting the overall design—such as shifting the color of a single tile, swapping a background detail, or tweaking a small decorative element. Major revisions, like changing the layout of the mural or replacing multiple tiles, would require additional fees.

*Additional revisions beyond those included in the package may incur extra fees.

 

4. Production Timeline

Estimated completion times vary by project:

• Basic: 1-2 months

• Standard: 2-4 months

• Premium: 4-6 months or more depending on complexity Delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly.

• Custom Range: Project specifications may limit productivity due to material and time availability. Clients will be notified prior to order confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after production begins are subject to partial refunds, based on work completed. Completed custom work is non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and item size. I am not responsible for delays or damage during transit, but I will assist in resolving any issues with the carrier.

All shipments include basic insurance coverage. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Additional insurance options may be available upon request at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of  Designs By Adaline unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not reproduce or resell the artwork without permission.

8. Usage Rights

I reserve the right to photograph and share completed works for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the time of order.

9. Copyright and Infringement

All designs are protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 10. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear, accurate specifications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to avoid delays. Failure to communicate may result in project suspension.

11. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
